1. Registration of Carbon Exchange Service Users (IDXCarbon)

• Entities eligible to become users of the Carbon Market Service (IDXCarbon) are:
• • Indonesian Legal Entities
• Applicants should submit their applications by filling out the registration request through the following link:  https://bit.ly/DaftarIDXCarbon.
• Subsequently, the applicant will receive comprehensive information regarding the registration process and a sharing folder that will be used to upload supporting registration documents.
• If there are any questions, the applicant can send an email to support.idxcarbon@idx.co.id with the subject [INQUIRY] Carbon Market Service User Registration.
  

2. Document Requirements

After filling out the registration request via the link https://bit.ly/DaftarIDXCarbon, the applicant should prepare several supporting documents to submit to IDXCarbon, including:

• The IDXCarbon User Service Registration Form
• A duly stamped and signed Statement Letter from the Prospective IDXCarbon Service User
• A copy of the Articles of Association and/or Bylaws
• A copy of the Company Establishment Deed
• A copy of the Ministry of Justice Decree (Establishment Deed)
• A copy of any Company Name Change Deed (if applicable)
• A copy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
• Business Registration Number Certificate (if applicable)
• List of Beneficial Owners of the Company
• Financial Reports for the Last 1 Year of the Latest Accounting Books
• A copy of the Bank Account Details used for fund withdrawals or similar documents
• A copy of the Registry System Account Details or Similar Documents

Once the supporting documents are ready, the applicant will upload them to the sharing folder, as explained in point 1.

3. Registration of User Carbon Exchange Service Users (IDXCarbon)

The requirements for registering user users of the Carbon Market Service are as follows:

• Completion of training related to the Carbon Market organized by PBK (training schedule will be provided after the applicant fills out the registration request through the link https://bit.ly/DaftarIDXCarbon)
• Possession of an email address using the Company's domain name
• Possession of 2 (two) user users of the Carbon Market Service representing the Carbon Market Service User who have undergone training organized by PBK

Applicants are required to fill out the User User Registration Form for the Carbon Market Service, attaching the following documents:

• Appointment Letter from the Company's Board of Directors
• Employee Certification of the Carbon Market Service User
• Color Passport Photo
• A copy of a valid identification card
• A copy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) if available
• A copy of the Carbon Market Training Certificate

Once the supporting documents are ready, the applicant will upload them to the sharing folder, as explained in point 1.

4. Registration of Carbon Exchange Service Users (IDXCarbon)

IDXCarbon will carry out the Equities Account opening process, with the following conditions:

• For applications that provide complete information and documents, IDXCarbon will review the documents submitted by prospective Carbon Exchange Service Users no later than the 5th Business Day (PBK).
• IDXCarbon will issued an approval letter no later than 5 (five) PBK Days after the completion of the entire review process.
• In the event the application does not meet the requirements, the application will be rejected. IDXCarbon will then notify the applicant of the rejection along with the reasons for the rejection.

5. Fees

In the case of registering as a Carbon Exchange Service User (IDXCarbon), Users must pay the following fees:
